2009 has been a very intensive period with a lot of works made by the MS/I members and the management team. This year, there were five MS/I meetings the the ongoing process of building the reference framework : Paris (three times), Stockholm (Sweden) and Lyon (France). 2010 will be the year where the reference framework prototype will be presented to the European Ministers responsible for urban development in June 2010 under the Spanish presidency.

The first half of 2010 will begin with the first MS/I meeting of the year in early February in Brussels. Until this meeting, all participants involved in the process continue to move forward in building the framework.
