The prototype will be tested in the forthcoming step (From july 2010 to december 2011). Test cities will be selected in the second half of 2010, in order to improve the Reference Framework for European Sustainable cities (R.F.S.C.) and to deliver the final version at the end of the year 2011, under the Polish Presidency of European Union.
