Presentation of the prototype RFSC Version V1 / Présentation du prototype RFSC Version V1

The prototype RFSC Version V1 is tested from March to September 2011 by 60 European test-cities. Test cities were selected in the second half of 2010. Tests are designed in order to improve the Reference Framework for European Sustainable cities (R.F.S.C.) and to deliver the final version at the end of the year 2011, under the Polish Presidency of European Union.
